1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
½ cup creamy peanut butter, melted
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup honey melted (or maple syrup)
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional add ons: mini chocolate chips or raisins
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until evenly mixed. Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, form small balls (about 15 total). Place on a tray and refrigerate until ready to eat.
