Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter, melted
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup honey melted (or maple syrup)
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional add ons: mini chocolate chips or raisins
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until evenly mixed. Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, form small balls (about 15 total). Place on a tray and refrigerate until ready to eat.
