- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower “rice”
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth!
