Hannah will guide this experience through a combination of teaching and interactive reflection on Mind-Body-Soul health with a step-by-step healthy cooking class where you can play with a new energy around cooking healthy foods - and get re-inspired in the kitchen!

You are not alone! I see so many busy entrepreneurs put their health on the back-burner, eating whatever they can scrounge. Which is why I created this one night class… so you can get a taste of what it's like to be healthy WITH food flexibility and WITHOUT restriction or boring foods.

I used to be there too.
For years I was literally at war in my mind and at war with my body – I felt trapped in my crippling anxiety and confusion about how to eat. I used to try to be “healthy” by controlling my body and my food intake - and I was MISERABLE. I was always on edge and spent all my energy in my head going back and forth “should I eat that, this is bad, I can’t have that”. Exhausting.
— but I've learned that life is too short to be serious...! I now have created my own "intuitive health" that takes away all the mind chatter. I get to enjoy pizza in Italy, drink wine with friends, and go on runs followed by green smoothies. I live and eat in a way that makes me HAPPY and FEEL GOOD (what a novelty!) There is another way of being that doesn’t involve beating yourself up. This is why I’m now obsessed with creating experiences that help you FEEL AND BE lighter.

Hannah helped me to establish new, healthier habits that easily work for me and my lifestyle. And did I mention her recipes are freaking delicious?
