- Beach run/walk 8 am with Hannah
- Introduction to traditional Italian cuisine, traditional pasta, and creative cuisine with Chef John 10:00 - 13:00
- Opening coaching circle with Hannah 14:00 - 16:00
- Free time 16:00 - 17:30
- Dinner out at local Agriturismo 18:00
Day 3
Monday, Oct 6th

- Creative cuisine cooking class with Chef John 9:30 am
