- Day 1: Cooking and Intro! Introduction to mind, body, soul balance followed by a step-by-step healthy cooking class: bringing flavor and ease to healthy cooking
- Day 2: Coaching! Intuitive health group coaching call to create the health of your dreams
- Day 3: Cooking and Closing! Step-by-step healthy cooking class and closing reflections *featuring hormone balancing harvest bowl!

Part of the class on Tuesday and Thursday will be a step-be-step virtual cooking class! You will receive an email with the grocery shopping & kitchen utensil list. You will purchase all the grocery items ahead of time and lay out of your ingredients & equipment before the class starts
