Helping you feel healthy, happy, and alive from the inside out
I’m Hannah McKitrick, and my mission is to guide women back to a life they’re jealous of by tapping back into their intuition, their joy, and the vibrant aliveness that comes from living in full alignment – physically, emotionally, and energetically. Through immersive retreats, playful cooking experiences, and desire-based frequency coaching, I’ve seen how true nourishment—of the body, the soul, AND the nervous system—changes literally everything. The process I teach changed my life from living an internal war to experiencing a euphoria I didn’t know existed.
Feeling grounded, healthy, and successful used to feel impossible for me. For years I bounced between rigid diets, chronic gut issues, control, and chaos. In 2012, after an excruciating Crohn’s flare-up, I began to heal from the inside out—using food as the vessel for wholeness. I learned how to “have my cake and eat it too” when it came to creating a health routine that encompassed my whole self – physically and emotionally.
After graduating with a degree in economics and psychology (and cycling through four too many corporate jobs that left me drained), I finally followed what lit me up the most. I moved to Southern Italy to earn my Master’s in Italian Cuisine, studied Eastern medicine and holistic nutrition in London, and trained in transformational coaching and psychic development. I’ve lived on four continents, healed my gut, and built my dream business—not by pushing harder, but by following what felt light, exciting, and true.

Joy is the strategy
Slowly, my passion became my method—at the core of everything I do is this belief: joy is how your intuition speaks—and following it is the smartest path to a life you’re truly obsessed with – physically with your health, emotionally with how you feel, and from a soul level with your career and purpose.
Now I’m here as your strategic fun-advisor to help you soak up all the goodness life has to offer, ease the burden of how to eat well, and step into your most aligned, vibrant self!

What My Intuitive Health Means to Us
The whole point of inner work is to have more fun, be more free, more expressed, and feel more joy. We expedite this process by curating embodied experiences of JOY and FUN that entrain your entire nervous system to an elevated vibration. In the fun is the healing.
We don’t teach just your mind, we teach your body somatically. Our experiences allow you to learn by doing so that the information is stored in the brain at a neurological level, allowing for faster recall and less conscious effort. Experiential learning is our starting point to shift your mental and physical well-being into an effortless “isness”
Infusing flavor and joy into healthy food is what shifts health from a “should” into an “omg I’m so excited to eat this!!!” It makes it effortless and intuitive, thats kind of our thing.
Perfection contracts your system, not to mention it is so boring. Emotional health is just as important as physical health, which is why we focus on a multi-dimensional approach so that your mind and spirit can feel just as satiated as your body.
Joy isn’t just a desired outcome; it is the guiding path towards your deepest alignment. We call this your inner Joy Compass. If it’s not joyful, its time to shift or shed! If it is joyful, go do it. Repeat. Following joy is locking step with universal super intelligence; it is your power.
Bestie!! We are hardwired to connect with others. Which is why we value creating safe and welcoming spaces where everyone can show up as their full, unfiltered selves to express and bond quickly.
“Life isn’t nearly as serious as the mind makes it out to be”. Lets remember that, have some grace, and begin to learn how much better it feels to take things lightly. And smile. Don’t forget that.
