We’re taking class on the road and across the ocean to southern Italy. On the retreat you will embody, elevate, and integrate more lightheartedness into all other aspects of your life. This hands-on experience is a full mind, body, and soul elevation. Think: hand-making pasta while looking out to a 360 view of the Ionian Sea followed by cocktails on the beach. We will get creative, learn, connect, and play. In the kitchen, during shamanic healing circles, and at local Italian agriturismos, you will be supported to reconnect and get creative.
