There was a time when…

I used to not know how to access such inner and outer alignment. 

Instead, I was literally at war in my mind and body – I felt trapped in my crippling anxiety and confusion about how to eat. I used to try to be “healthy” by controlling my body and my food intake – and I was MISERABLE. I was always on edge and spent all my energy in my head going back and forth “should I eat that, this is bad, I can’t have that”. I struggled with Crohn’s disease and a mind that liked to overanalyze. Exhausting. 

Through years on this journey I’ve learned the most fun, effective, and efficient way to create a total mind-body-soul shift: cooking high-vibrational foods in community (part of the intuitive health blueprint process)

I created Cook Club because I wanted people to have consistent access to the magic of these virtual cooking classes. When energy work is combined with healthy cooking you become an unstoppable force of alignment.

In these classes, I give you an experience that combines energy work with my intuitive health blueprint so that healthy eating becomes the easiest, most enjoyable part of your day. No more diets, no more restricting, and please, no more boring foods!

Bringing joy into the kitchen is the healthiest thing I’ve ever done. 

The doctors were going to have to do surgery to remove my colon. Now, its been 12 years since I’ve had a Crohn’s flare up. My inflammation labs have been at an all-time low once I started cooking in this way.

I see so many high-achievers who WANT to make time for eating well yet get tired at the end of the day. Which is where the LIVE accountability of these monthly classes comes in.

When are the live monthly classes?

The live classes are scheduled for the last Monday of every month at 6pm EST. each class will be recorded and uploaded to your portal if you cannot attend live.

Who is this membership for?

The COOK CLUB membership is ideal for self-growth-oriented individuals who want to integrate healthier eating habits in a really fun way in community while enhancing their mental and spiritual well-being. The membership is a great low cost opportunity for those interested in personal growth and wanting to enhance their well-being and cultivate a lighter, more joyful relationship with cooking and health.

Do I need to have any cooking experience to join?

No! The programs are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced cooks. The goal is to bring more joy, community, inspiration, and high-vibrational energy into cooking so it feels enjoyable (the goal is to reduce stress, not add it!)

What types of meals will I learn to cook?

The meals are centered primarily on whole foods (one-word ingredients). They are veggie-heavy (for optimal gut health) and loaded with luxurious flavor (for optimal soul health). You can expect dishes like harvest bowls with farro, crispy chickpeas, rosemary butternut squash and goat cheese tossed in a green goddess dressing. Or crispy cauliflower tacos with smokey Greek yogurt slaw and avocado crema. All the health, none of the boring…

Can the program accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! The program can be customized to accommodate various dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and others.

I already know how to cook. Should I still join?

YES. Many women who do my programs love cooking. They keep returning for accountability of joy and connection. The community, self-growth lens, creative recipes, and high-vibe group energy keep them wanting more.

What is energy work?

Energy work is a holistic healing practice that focuses on balancing the energy systems of the body, such as the chakras and aura. Physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are interconnected through an energy flow.  My programs use cooking as the one-stop shop to bring more lightness, alignment, and harmony to the body and mind. The energy work will uplift one’s energetic frequency and create more positive emotions.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, with one month’s notice. For yearly members, you will need to provide one month’s notice before your annual billing cycle.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes! You can pause your membership up to 3 months.

What is the refund policy for My Intuitive Health programs?

We take pride in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service and value. As stated in our policy, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another person.
